Fanny teaches the way she practises: with honesty, warmth and deep respect for each person's path - creating space to explore the practice for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike. A small group, a cosy gîte, plenty of personal attention.

I first came to yoga in 2014. For years, it moved in and out of my life, until I truly connected with the Ashtanga practice in 2022. Since then, it has become a steady anchor and a path I continue to explore with curiosity and dedication.
What draws me most is the depth of the practice, both as a lifelong student and as a teacher. I love sharing what I learn and experience with those who feel called to it, in a way that is grounded, honest, and human.
My path has been shaped by multiple teacher trainings, intensives, and retreats with teachers such as Sudhir Tiwari, Scott Johnson, Petri Räisänen, Ty Landrum, David Robson & Jelena Vesic, Marilou van Hoek.
For me, balance lives in the integration of asana, pranayama and meditation - a practice that extends beyond the mat and gently weaves into everyday life.
This retreat is designed to feel spacious, not scheduled. Small enough to feel personal, unhurried enough to feel real.
Capped at 13 guests so every person gets personal attention, hands-on adjustments and the space to ask what they need to ask.
Set in one of Wallonia's most beautiful villages, at the edge of the Ardennes forest. Trails begin at the door.
Generous free hours between sessions - for walks, reading, the sauna, or simply doing nothing at all.
A warm stone gîte with open fire, wooden interiors, a dedicated yoga room and quiet corners to retreat into.
All rooms are inside the same gîte, with quality bedding and memory-foam toppers. Price is per person for the full retreat (3 nights) and includes all meals, all workshops and classes and the use of the house and its amenities.
The largest bedroom in the house, on the top floor. A double and a single bed, with the sauna and balneo bath just down the hall.
A quiet first-floor room with its own shower and basin. A comfortable option for couples or solo guests wanting their own bathroom.
First-floor room with twin beds that can be joined into a double if preferred.
A spacious first-floor room with a double bed and a bunk bed. The best value per person.
A cosy mezzanine room tucked away on the first floor. Two single beds that can be joined if preferred.
A quiet ground-floor room with its own bathroom. Ideal for anyone preferring fewer stairs.
Price includes 3 nights' accommodation, all meals, yoga sessions and workshops, and full use of the gîte (sauna, jacuzzi, garden, common areas).
Solo travellers booking shared occupancy will be matched thoughtfully - we'll confirm your roommate before final payment is due.
A rhythm that balances practice and rest. Exact timings may shift with the group and the weather.
* Friday and Saturday afternoons are unscheduled - rest deeply, wander the forest, curl up with a book, ease into the sauna, or simply let the afternoon unfold. On both days there will also be an optional group activity (a walk in the surrounding forest and a visit to Durbuy and the nearby villages). Fresh healthy snacks are served at the house mid-afternoon.

All meals are prepared by a professional chef on-site: fresh, seasonal, plant-based and Ayurveda-inspired cooking that supports what happens on and off the mat.
Vegetarian by default. Let us know of any allergies or dietary needs when you book, and we'll make sure it will be taken into account.
The retreat is held at L'Attrape-Coeurs, an authentic gîte in Wéris, one of the officially designated "most beautiful villages of Wallonia", just outside Durbuy.
Wéris sits in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, surrounded by ancient megalithic stones, river valleys, and dense forest trails. For those who find restoration in nature: hiking and cycling paths start at the doorstep, the Ourthe river is minutes away, and Durbuy, Europe's smallest city, offers charming cobblestone streets to wander between sessions.
The venue has a dedicated yoga room (including mats, straps, and meditation cushions), open fire, sauna, jacuzzi bath, and a large garden. Wood interiors, stone walls and the forest a short walk away make this place magical.
